2020 New year Post 1

2019 was a year of awareness, of learning so much about myself and to realize who I am and where I need to go. Overall 2019 was a good year, and now 2020 starts the best way, I’m happy, I’m healthy, and my little family is healthy as well.  

2020 is the year of healing and growth. I am working on making little changes here and then.  One is Sleeping, rumour has it, that it is 8 hours at night to get a full night of sleep, and if the eight hours are not possible, short midday naps may also work. 

The Second big resolution is to work in protecting my peace of mind, what that implies is to speak up when necessary, and not accepting toxic environments or people as a given. Yes it is true that sometimes you may not have control over everything or everyone, but it’s then when I have to use what I have learned and use common sense. 

2020 is also the year of working with an entrepreneur mentality and making it a reality. Here I come 2020, I’m documenting my steps in this Vayola blog and other social media outlets. When it comes to this blog, I’m going to be working on a new design so it is easy to the eye, and easy to follow through, I’ll be adding short posts. It will be all about simplicity.
